A Rainbow shows hope

I’m tackling all my challenges head on. Today I have re-released my book titled ‘Gripped’ on Apple Books. I did write a follow up book to that but given the challenges my brain gives me, it is something I have to put on the back burner. Now more than ever, Mental Health is important for all of us, so I am planning to tell my story so show that like that rainbow you see here, there is hope.
