When we make just one wrong move, do we ever stop to think of the rippling effect that that will have, not only on us but those around us.
One simple, but possible wrong decision, without us even realising it, can cause turmoil and have lasting affects on other people, not just ourselves. As we begin to heal, we see how far that ripple has spread and can do nothing but perhaps ask for forgiveness or show deep thanks for the support and strength that others have given us, even when they were feeling similar pain for us, just as we were feeling for ourselves.
The use of art, music and nature is a great cleanser, to prove there can be rejuvenation of mind, body and spirit.
